On an appropriately rainy Sunday, Pastor Judith preached on Psalm 65; Sirach 42:15, 43:13-22; and Matthew 5:45.  Judith invited us to be defined by gratitude as God places wonder in our paths daily.

Guest preacher, The Rev. Dr. Beth Ford Friend, speaks on Jeremiah 31:27-34, 2 Timothy 3:14-4:5, and Luke 18:1-8.  She talks about how we are transformed through prayer in ways we may not even realize and encourages us to keep praying.  "Who understands faithful action and persistence better than God?"

Pastor Judith preaches on Psalm 66:1-12 and the Apocryphal reading: Sirach 42:15-23.  She explores the world's biggest and unique creatures inspired by  text from Sirach 42:17, "..The Lord has not empowered even his holy ones to recount all his marvelous works."   God is at work in the processes of life and new life, death and rebirth.
